Tel: Cathy White 01233 850733 or 011592126488 or see their website on www.horsesinsideout.com Horses Inside Out is an organisation giving lecture demos to riders of all levels focusing on how, by understanding the anatomy and physiology of our horses, we can improve performance, and reduce the risk of injury. The lectures are given by Gillian Higgins, a well respected Sports and Remedial Therapist based in Cirencester. In the course of her work Gillian identified that many riders could benefit from a deeper understanding of “how the horse works”. At a Horses Inside Out Demo the muscular skeletal system will be explained and you will be shown, with the help of actual bones, the relevance of the muscular skeletal system to the training of the horse. Following a short break you will then be shown how the horse moves on the flat and over jumps. The demo is interactive and there is the opportunity to ask questions.

Wendy writes: - On Saturdays these will run from approx 12 to 4.30 depending on numbers. Groups will be divided by ability /experience from polework up to advanced at 3’3+. I aim for 4 per group for 1 hour but occasionally this will vary to fit you all in. Some evening sessions in the summer may be of more mixed ability to accommodate when you can get there. Sessions advertised as SJ/XC will generally start in the school and then ground permitting we will go in the XC field which has approx 12 jumps 2’3 to 2’9. Any polework group will normally only be in the school. How to book your place on rallies/ clinics at Street Farm: Please send a non competitive event form with the requested information plus an email address. Include any further relevant information such as any time preferences - fee £10 [£12 non members) If you are known to me then there is no need to fill in all the info – just the date and rally required. I keep all contact details. Please send 1 cheque per rider per date, and it makes life even simpler if you date it for the actual date of rally You can provisionally book by email but from now places are not allocated until money is received. For a weekend rally/clinic I will do times on Monday or Tuesday to email out but it would be very helpful if you would book in sooner rather than later. After Monday you can request a place by email but I will only fit you in if there are spaces and I will no longer change group times after this as this is causing extra work and confusion. Handy hint – when you get your newsletter / email updates why not send your entries all at once? You can cancel up to the Monday with no charge, and if I can fill your place which is often possible then I will tear up the cheque. For more info please contact Wendy on 01634 861339 or 07802676896 or email her: wendy.neath@btinternet.com Please also note that our parking is a poo free zone! Please pick up droppings – you can put them on our muck heap
